The comfortable bed was great, but the street noise was a bit much at night.

The location of Le Pere Leon makes it so easy to explore the heart of Toulouse. I loved being able to walk to many attractions, which minimized the need for public transport. My room had a good amount of space and both the bedroom and bathroom were well-maintained. The comfortable bed ensured I had restful nights. I really appreciated the variety of options offered during breakfast, from fresh fruit to tasty baguettes, though it felt a bit cramped during peak hours. However, the lack of a fridge in the room was noticeable, especially on warmer days. The noise from the bustling street outside could be a bother at times, but the soundproofing in the rooms helped considerably. I did encounter some challenges with the Wi-Fi. it wasn't as reliable and consistent as expected. Despite a few hiccups, the friendly staff definitely made my stay a delightful one, especially with their helpful suggestions for exploring the city.

Centrally Located, Variety in Breakfast Offerings, Excellent Soundproofing
The bathroom design leaves much to be desired!!! Frosted glass walls mean no real privacy, and the limited space for luggage can be a hassle for longer stays!!! Plus, that noisy air conditioning made for restless nights!!!

We enjoyed exploring Toulouse with our son's family. The room was excellent, and we appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness. The service at the front desk was top-notch, and we loved Valentina's restaurant recommendations, helping us find great local eats.
My children wished for quieter nights.

Centrally located, making it easy to explore Toulouse on foot. The room had good soundproofing, allowing for restful sleep despite the bustling street outside. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff offered warm hospitality. Breakfast featured fresh options like fruit salad and delicious baguettes, but felt a bit cramped during busy times. Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, which made planning activities challenging. Also, the bathroom design with frosted glass walls offered little privacy and could be improved for comfort. Despite these issues, I appreciated the convenience of the location and the comfort of the beds.

Just a proper fit for a short weekend trip in Toulouse with best value for money ratio. I appreciated the water station for refilling my bottle, which was super helpful while exploring the city. Try to request a room on a higher floor for a quieter stay.

I had a lovely stay with comfortable beds and the wonderful breakfast lady made mornings so much better with her delicious freshly baked goods! My room had great soundproofing, though the frosted glass bathroom walls were a bit awkward. I'd definitely return here!
